This new Digital ERD Electromagnetic Radiation & Bug Detector is a highly sensitive Radio Frequency (RF) Detector Instrument that operates over a broad span of frequencies from 3MHz to over 5 GHz.

Designed to detect electromagnetic emanations from a large number of sources (microwave ovens, hidden transmitters, computer equipment, wireless phones, amateur and commercial two-way radios, etc.), the Electromagnetic Radiation Detector is the first tool to reach for when you need to track down all types of RF sources & health hazardous radiations.

For invisible applications, the unit can be kept in a pocket and a vibrator-alert mode can be selected to notify the user of a nearby transmitting device.

Weak signals are clearly detected at a respectable distance using the linear scale, while snapping the mode switch to a logarithmic scale prepare detection of much stronger signals. A large meter provides the capability of comparing relative signal levels as well as signal locating.

The Electromagnetic Radiation Detector operates for up to 80 hours from a pair of AA alkaline cells (not included).
