Our products are shipped from either the US or Canada. Most shipments are sent via Fed-Ex and some through International Postal Services. Spy Shops of US and Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. All items are insured for the full value of purchase, however the buyer is responsible to make any claims with whichever carrier has lost or damaged their merchandise. Spy Shops of US and Canada is not responsible for any customs, duties, brokerage fees, import restrictions, and/or tariffs associated with any order.

 

Delivery Turnaround

 

In stock items generally ship within 48 hours after an order has been processed. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 Hours of a scheduled shipping date. Domestic shipments in the US are generally delivered in 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Canadian shipments are generally delivered in 7 to 14 business days after receipt of payment. International Orders

 

Please Fax, call or E-mail us your order to obtain your total cost including shipping, handling, and insurance. You will be provided with payment instructions within 24 Hours after receipt of order. Spy Shops of US and Canada is not responsible for any custom’s duties, import restrictions, and/or tariffs associated with the order. The buyer is responsible to check the laws that deal with importing whatever products are being purchased.
