We recognize that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance, and we have devoted a great deal of effort to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded. Your transactions are not only supported by industry-standard data encryption, but also protected by our company's secure shopping guarantee.

 

Return Policy

 

At Spy Shops of US Canada we stand behind what we sell. All our products are carefully pre-selected by trained & experienced security professionals and they are guaranteed to perform as specified on our website. Due to the nature of our products some items may be used once and no longer needed, therefore all sales are final.

 

Defective Merchandise

 

We will replace or repair all defective products free of charge if there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering or alteration. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be replaced or repaired. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of the purchase. Spy Shops of US and Canada is NOT responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced merchandise will generally be returned via Fed Ex or UPS ground or by Postal Courier Services. Expedited shipping methods are available for additional cost to the buyer. The buyer must first contact us by phone (416-704-5722) or email (returns@spyshops.ca) to obtain the proper return mailing address prior to returning any defective merchandise. All merchandise accepted for return must be in its original packaging, accompanied by an original sales receipt, and must be received by Spy Shops of Canada, within 7 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. If any item received is damaged, the customer must bring the nature of the problem to our attention within 7 days.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All items ordered online will be processed within 24 hours after receipt.  Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 10% service charge. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on any order cancelled after it has been processed and shipped. Custom designed and built merchandise, and special ordered products are not subject to cancellation.

By placing the order, buyer states that he/she is of age and is purchasing item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws in their Country. Buyer also states that he/she is using the items in lawful manner. Spy Shops of Canada assumes no liability associated with the usage of the product. The buyer is responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of the purchased product. Certain items may be substituted at the discretion of Spy Shops of US and Canada with newer & more advanced products. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that he/she has carefully read & studied the above mentioned policies and signifies agreement to all the Terms and Conditions contained therein.
